Our last day of sending orders is Monday 20th December.

Collection Only Items - This is due to the size of the item, or being to fragile to send with a standard courier. (Maximum box with DHL is 1 meter in length) These items can be sent, but only via pallet networks which is a higher price for shipping. Please call or email us for info.
Certain items are sharp or contain substances to be used with care. No liability will be accepted for misuse
If items need to be re-ordered in, prices may change without notice and all new stock will be charged at the new price.
We can send samples, but the item does need to be be paid for, with relevent transport costs. Please call or email us.
Excelsior are NOT insured with couriers for sending glass or ceramics. Therefore all orders with glass or ceramics will need to be sent on a pallet. We will contact you regarding the price before picking your order.
Delivery with DHL will be overnight delivery from the day that your order is despatched.
Deliveries to Highlands, Channel/Offshore Islands is £17.50. Northern Ireland is £16.50 for a two day service.
Delivery through the pallet network will either be overnight, or over a 3 day period from orders being despatched depending on your choice. Prices start from £23.00 (area depending, can be £75.00)
If an order is delivered that seems to be damaged, it is essential that the delivery is signed for as 'DAMAGED'. This will help the process of making a claim with the courier.
Please take into consideration that Excelsior is also a cash and carry, therefore, if staff are busy with customers in the shop, or with deliverys it may delay your order.
We do not work on a sale or return policy and we will not credit for goods bought inncorectly, unless agreed with by a member of staff at Excelsior. There will also be a 20% handling charge. All transport costs incurred for returning goods to Excelsior will be coverd by the customer.
None of our containers are guarenteed to be waterproof.
