Flame retardant artificial foliage and flowers carry FR certification, which commercial premises, licensed venues, hotels, hospitals and public buildings frequently require for anything installed in a public area. Standard artificial stock will fail that requirement, and the point at which it gets discovered is usually after the install has been quoted and built.
Keeping the specification on file and raising it at quote stage is worth doing, since it wins work that would otherwise go to a supplier who can evidence it. Beyond the certification these behave as normal artificial stock, covering trailing foliage, bushes, stems and seasonal lines in the same forms as the untreated range.
