Christmas wreaths are stocked both as finished pieces ready to retail and as bases for dressing to a brief. Finished wreaths in the 50cm and above range are proper front door sizes and sell straight through gift, garden centre and farm shop retail. Bases give florists control over the dressing, and straw, willow, wire and foam rings each behave differently: straw takes a pin under tension for densely wrapped work, while wire rings suit lighter wired dressing and larger hoop designs.
Wired foliage bases let individual sprigs be lifted and reshaped after transit. Finished wreaths will settle flat in the box and want opening out. Trade prices with bulk discounts for retail stock.
